Grow Your Business and Live Your Life In Ease And Flow

Yes it's possible!

Grow Your Business and Live Your Life In Ease And Flow

Sounds insane, right? Grow your business in ease and flow, yep, totally nuts.

Not true! I’ve grown my business in struggle and I’ve grown my business in ease and flow. I can tell you, I much prefer ease and flow. Let me explain.

What Is Ease And Flow?

There are two major ways to look at things….Most of us have the mentality of No Pain, No Gain, because that is what we have been taught all of our lives. That is a push strategy….I have to push my way through it; it is really hard each and every day, but someday it will get easier.

THAT is exhausting!

But the promise that it will get easier is a false promise. With the push mentality, you just keep pushing and get more and more stressed and more and more exhausted. Growing your business is really hard.

Conversely, what if you adopted a pull strategy, that is, things get pulled towards you rather than pushing your way to them? Have you ever experienced when business just “dropped into your lap?” You are working really hard over there pushing and pushing when bam, an opportunity appears from over here.

THAT is ease and flow.

If you are a sports fan, you see this all of the time. The NFL receiver has gone through the game making amazing catches with ease and flow, but at the last play of the game, the quarterback lays the ball right into his arms and it slips through them and hits the ground. On that attempt, he was pushing and thinking “I have to make this catch to win the game!” rather than “I’ve got this; I do it 100 times a day in practice. I’ll just do what I have practiced to do.” The second thought process would have been mentally pulling the ball to him and being in ease and flow.

Why does this happen and what can we do about it?

First, let me be clear, you have to know your business and learn what you need to learn. Market what you need to market. None of this is about what skills you need, it is about how you apply them. Just like the NFL player above, he had all the skills, but couldn’t apply them at that moment. Push vs Pull.

Being in business is hard work and takes much effort. The key is in how you apply that work and effort.

It happens because most of us do not know a better way! We are taught the no pain, no gain concept and there is no alternative. But there is an alternative.

It is all about training. Like the NFL athlete needs physical fitness training, both he and you could benefit from Mental Fitness training. It takes time and effort, but like you can’t bench press 200 pounds the first day in the gym, keep at it and you will get there

Tired of pushing? You deserve ease and flow in your business and your personal life. Let’s connect and I’ll show you how I made it happen for me. Go here to get started.
